On the palate, it transitions from elegance to full-bodied richness. It boasts a remarkable tannic structure and a complex finish highlighted by black fruit and chocolate notes.
The 2013 Solaia pairs particularly well with red meat dishes, baked lamb, roast beef, poultry, pâtés and cheeses.
