Mancini Penne Rigate – The Art of Italian Tradition
Born in the golden fields of Le Marche, Mancini Penne Rigate is a true expression of Italian craftsmanship and agricultural harmony. Produced entirely on the Mancini family's own farm, each batch begins with durum wheat grown, harvested, and milled on-site — allowing the unique character of the land and season to shine through in every bite.
Crafted from just semolina and water, the dough is extruded through circular bronze dies to form the pasta's signature ridges, giving it a beautiful rustic texture that embraces sauces perfectly. The pasta is then gently dried for 22 hours at controlled temperatures between 36°C and 52°C, preserving its rich wheat aroma, golden hue, and exceptional flavour.
With a 7 mm diameter and 40 mm length, Penne Rigate is wonderfully versatile — ideal for hearty ragùs, creamy sauces, or vibrant vegetable pairings.
