Rustic Sandwich with Parmigiano Reggiano POD Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 ciabatta bread
- Artichokes in oil
- Parma ham or Prosciutto sliced
- A handful of rocket
- 125 gr of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cream
Method:
Cut the bread in half and fill the first slice, starting with the Calzetti Parmigiano Reggiano cream. Add the artichokes, a few slices of Parma Ham/Prosciutto and a handful of rocket. Close everything with the second slice of bread. Obviously, we have given you an idea, but you can try it with other flavours of our creams and many variations of fillings. Ideal for a delicious snack or to accompany an aperitivo with Prosecco!
