Nonino Grappa Coffee Delight

This refined after-dinner drink brings together the boldness of espresso and the aromatic depth of Nonino Grappa, gently sweetened with vanilla and finished with a luxurious layer of cream. A simple yet sophisticated nod to Italian tradition.

Ingredients:

• 10 ml Nonino Grappa 

• 10 ml Toschi Vanilla Syrup 

• 20 ml freshly brewed hot Segafredo espresso

• Lightly whipped milk cream, to top

Preparation:

In a heatproof glass, pour the Nonino Grappa and vanilla syrup. Using the back of a teaspoon, gently layer the espresso on top to create a distinct separation. Finish with a smooth layer of lightly whipped milk cream. Serve immediately, and savour the balance of warmth, sweetness, and tradition.
