A delicate minerality also contributes to the aromatic complexity, adding a touch of elegance.
This Pinot Grigio is dry, crisp, and refreshing on the palate, with a vibrant acidity that provides a lively mouthfeel. The flavours mirror the aromas found on the nose, with crisp green apple and pear leading the way, followed by a subtle citrusy note and a clean, mineral finish. Its refreshing acidity and light body make it an excellent pairing for a variety of dishes. It pairs well with light seafood dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, and seafood salads.
