A good balance of apple-flavoured brandy. It has smoky, spicy aromas. Full bodied flavour and lingering taste of older components. Fruit, flower and spice blend harmoniously on the nose. Long on the palate while remaining light.
Recommended for the “trou normand” or to accompany a Livarot cheese. Excellent after-dinner.
