Ingredients for 2 people 



Step 1: Take the tomatoes and cut them into two parts, placing them in a baking dish, add salt, a pinch of pepper, a sprinkling of pecorino cheese and a dash of  olive oil. Transfer the pan to the oven at a temperature of 200 ° for about 15 minutes. 

Step 3: Prepare the pesto. Place the rocket, almonds, 2 tablespoons of pecorino cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a couple of pinches of salt, ground pepper and blend until the mixture is smooth.

Step 4: Cook the spirals as per the instructions on the packaging. Add the pasta and to the pesto sauce in a bowl and mix, if necessary, add more pesto. Serve and place the cut tomatoes on top of the pasta
